Our patient education programs provide Catholic Health patients with the resources needed to manage their wounds and diabetes.

Wound and Ostomy Care

The wound and ostomy in-patient education program provides patients with tools to help manage their wound and/or ostomy concerns.

Diabetes Management

The Diabetes Management program consists of a series of four classes. Participants will learn about nutrition and meal planning, exercise and physical activity, medications and more.

The Catholic Health Lifeskills Diabetes Education Program has been recognized by the American Diabetes Association for Quality Self-Management Education.
