Catholic Health's Mission on the Move will bring services directly to where people live, work and socialize, in a van staffed by registered nurses.

Screenings can be organized on behalf of community and senior centers, schools, churches and corporations. Mission on the Move brings services anywhere a health or wellness need is identified.
