Mobile Health Program

Catholic Health's mobile health program, Mission on the Move, provides primary care and health education services to all people in the community, especially those who are under-served.

Mission on the Move will bring services directly to where people live, work and socialize, in a van staffed by registered nurses.

Who We Serve

We serve the community through healthcare screenings that are open to the public and those organized on behalf of Western New York organizations, such as community and senior centers, schools, churches and corporations. Mission on the Move brings services anywhere a health or wellness need is identified.
