We support price transparency. For our patients to understand their potential financial liability for hospital services, we are making our hospital charges available to patients. Hospital charges vary based on the type of care provided. The price can differ from patient to patient for the same services. The price will be different for complications or different treatment for the patient's personal health condition. Patients also may qualify for financial assistance.
Catholic Health's Healthcare Assistance Program provides discounts to patients based on need. In addition, we can help you apply for free or low-cost insurance. Please contact Financial Clearance at 716-601-3600 for free and confidential assistance.
Healthcare assistance is offered to all patients who do not have insurance, based on an income sliding scale. Click here to view and download the sliding scale.
While we primarily serve the five counties of Western New York, everyone in New York State who needs emergency services and does not have health insurance can receive care and get a discount.
Additionally, everyone who lives in New York State can get a discount on non-emergency, medically necessary services in our hospitals if they do not have health insurance. You will not be denied medically necessary care because you need financial assistance.
You may apply for a discount regardless of immigration status.
There are no income limits. All patients without insurance coverage will be eligible for a potential discount based on the standard Catholic Health Uninsured and Healthcare Assistance Program policies.
If you can not pay your bill, we offer a payment plan. The amount of your payments depends on the amount of your income.
