Our services include: skilled nursing care, rehabilitation services, private duty nurses, home health care aide services, spiritual care, medical equipment services, a personal emergency response system (Lifeline™), and in-home meal services provided by the following divisions:

McAuley Seton Home Care

McAuley Seton Home Care provides quality short-term, skilled care to our patients in the comfort and dignity of their own homes.

We provide a wide range of professional and support services to assist our patients in achieving their highest level of independence thereby improving their quality of life.

Professional nurses, therapists, and home care aides are committed to providing individualized compassionate care in the comfortable and familiar surroundings of the patient’s home.

Our team approach assembles skilled professionals that specialize in care such as Maternal Child, Urology, Cardiopulmonary, Infusion Therapy, Pediatrics, Rehabilitation and much more.

Sisters Long-Term Home Health Care

Caring for the chronically ill and disabled in their own home has been a time-honored tradition. With the ongoing changes in health care today, many families and friends are faced with a difficult decision to place a loved one in a nursing home or institution.

Sisters Long Term Home Health Care provides you with a unique and positive alternative with a health care program designed to assist the family in caring for their loved one in the dignity of their own home. This program allows the individual to receive needed treatment and care at home while maintaining the family and community ties which are so important to them.

Lifeline™ , the leading personal response service, ensures that help is available at the press of a button, 24-hours-a-day, 365-days-a-year.

Lifeline™ offers peace of mind, independence, early intervention and reassurance for subscribers and family members. Subscribers are able to summon help anytime day or night at the “press of a button” while still living in their own homes going about their daily routine. Lifeline™ enables emergency personnel to arrive quickly if an accident or unexpected illness occurs, will send the appropriate help and will notify family members.

Payment for services provided by Catholic Health System Home Care Companies may be covered by medicare, medicaid, HMO, private health insurance, or private payment.
