St. Vincent's is licensed by the New York State Department of Health to provide adult care. This valuable service includes 24-hour supervision and assistance with medications and activities of daily living provided by trained staff. Semi-private and private rooms are available. Daily room rates include laundry, housekeeping, meals, case management, medication supervision, activities, and much more.

While at St. Vincent's, you can be assured that your loved one will receive the utmost in care and comfort. Residents do not live at our facility, we work in their home. Our staff takes great pride in providing a homelike atmosphere for residents, ensuring that each is cared for with the utmost dignity and respect. Spirituality of all denominations is woven into the fabric of services provided. Our chaplains are expert in addressing the spiritual needs of residents. At St. Vincent's, Mass, communion and rosary services are celebrated daily. St. Vincent’s celebrates Mass weekly, along with communion and rosary services.

Our staff is committed to providing compassionate care that meets the special needs of adult care and our high expectations of program delivery. The goal is to help each resident achieve and maintain the highest level of personal independence possible.

Residents can take advantage of such offerings as:

  • Care management services for assistance with personal finance, community services and any personal or private concerns.
  • Personal care services including supervision with bathing and grooming.
  • Semi-private, private and suite accommodations, based on availability.
  • Resident banking services within the facility in which residents may maintain a personal allowance or banking account with the facility’s main business office.
  • Beautician and barber services provided by independent service providers.

Who are Candidates?

Services are beneficial for individuals who need assistance with medication management, personal care, housekeeping tasks, and those who desire the comfort and security of a personal care aide on duty 24-hours-a-day to assist them. The staff at St. Vincent's is experienced in caring for those with memory care issues, including Alzheimer’s, providing support and guidance to minimize anxiety and incorporate daily services, activities and routines to maximize their independence and comfort.

Specialized Services and Amenities:

  • Areas are available for quiet reflection and spiritual renewal.
  • Supervision and assistance with medications and activities of daily living.
  • Extensive daily structured activities geared to every level of cognition and dexterity, including Bingo, music and exercise programs, outdoor activities, and excursions into the community for shopping and entertainment trips.
  • Private area for resident family gatherings or small parties.
  • Laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance services.
  • Cable television and telephone access through independent service providers in the community.
  • Many dietary choices available.
  • Open communication to keep residents updated on interesting news and topics of interest.
  • All exit doors are equipped with an alert system.
