Outpatient Rehabilitation

Partners In Rehab is a network of rehabilitation centers that offers physical, occupational, and speech-language pathology services for a diverse patient population. Our staff of experienced therapists, many who are board certified specialists, provide comprehensive rehabilitation for a variety of conditions including: back/neck injuries, joint/muscular pain, arthritis, stroke/head injury, vestibular disorders, chronic headaches, wound and burn care, lymphedema, craniosacral and myofascial disorders, and amputee/prosthetic training.

One of the most well known and growing areas of our outpatient rehabilitation programs is the sports medicine program offered at our AthletiCare facilities in Amherst, Kenmore, and Orchard Park. The AthletiCare facilities represent extensive sports rehabilitation programs through a team of board certified therapists and certified/licensed athletic trainers. The team works with patients to design a personalized injury recovery program. The professional team approach to rehabilitation helps patients recover quickly and safely, while educating to prevent future injuries.

Partners In Rehab provides services throughout the continuum of care: in acute care, medical rehabilitation units, subacute care, home care, long-term care, and outpatient settings. This network creates a seamless continuum of services and provides patients with optimal rehabilitation. Patients with mild to significant dysfunctions receive comprehensive, individualized therapeutic programs from a team of licensed professionals.

We are dedicated to partnering with physicians and the community to serve as the Western New York preeminent provider of rehabilitation. Partners In Rehab and AthletiCare are dedicated to attracting, retaining, and developing a compassionate credentialed staff who will provide the highest quality care through direct interactions with his/her patients. Patients are evaluated and treated by a licensed professional at every visit. New patients are offered an initial appointment within two days of their contact with the clinic. We are committed to keeping health care costs in line through the development of outcome-based treatment plans by benchmarking our clinicians against national measures.

Partners In Rehab and AthletiCare are committed to promoting health and wellness. Our facilities offer specialty health and wellness programs including adult and pediatric aquatic exercise programs, a Multiple Sclerosis wellness and fitness program co-sponsored by the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, NY/PA Chapter, and a post-rehabilitation fitness program.
