Thinking about going back to school? We can help you pay for it.

Catholic Health System’s Tuition Reimbursement Program can help pay up to 100% of your tuition costs if you’re attending an accredited school for a degree in an identified incentive eligible position. Eligibility for this program starts after one year of employment with CHS. Regular part time associates are eligible to receive prorated benefits based on hours. See your CHS recruiter for details.

Don't wait until you graduate. Sign on with us early and you can benefit.

Enjoy the peace of mind of knowing where you’ll be working after college. If you’re an RN or LPN student, with proof of a 3.0 or higher GPA, and within 12 months of graduation, interview with CHS for full or regular part-time employment upon graduation and you may be eligible for a cash bonus. See your CHS recruiter for details.

Student loans got you down? Lower your debt with our hiring stipend.

Student loans can add up fast, and monthly payments can stress you out as you start your career. Catholic Health System’s Hiring Stipend Program can help ease your mind and lift some of the burden of your loan payments. If you’re an RN associate that has graduated within three months from the date of your hire, you may be eligible for a stipend to help lower the amount of your loans. See your CHS recruiter for details.

We'll make it easy to live with us, too. Ask about our relocation compensation.

We know you’ll love living in Western New York as much as you’ll love working for Catholic Health System. We can make your move to our area a whole lot easier with our Relocation Compensation Program. Through this new program, associates hired into incentive eligible positions will receive cash to cover relocation expenses. See your CHS recruiter for details.

Know someone who'd be a good fit for our team? Take advantage of our Referral Bonus Program.

Catholic Health System recently made it even more advantageous to refer new hires with its improved referral bonus program for incentive eligible positions. Individuals who make referrals to CHS, including but not limited to: union and non-union associates and their families, physicians, retirees, vendors, CHS stakeholders, applicants, contract workers, and others are all eligible for a referral bonus of $1,000 after just six months. This program is effective through Dec. 31, 2007. See your CHS recruiter for details and a list of incentive eligible positions.
