Catholic Health System’s Tuition Reimbursement Program can help pay up to 100% of your tuition costs if you’re attending an accredited school for a degree in an identified incentive eligible position. Catholic Health System’s Hiring Stipend Program can help ease your mind and lift some of the burden of your loan payments. If you’re an RN associate that has graduated within three months from the date of your hire, you may be eligible for a stipend to help lower the amount of your loans. Catholic Health System recently made it even more advantageous to refer new hires with its improved referral bonus program for incentive eligible positions. Individuals who make referrals to CHS, including but not limited to: union and non-union associates and their families, physicians, retirees, vendors, CHS stakeholders, applicants, contract workers, and others are all eligible for a referral bonus of $1,000 after just six months.
