Socialization Tool for Seniors

In 2014, the Continuing & Home Care Foundation has pledged to support the purchase of a new interactive socialization tool aimed at improving cognitive skill called Linked Seniors. This new technological tool will support socialization for residents cared for at our long-term care sites including:

  • Father Baker Manor (Orchard Park)
  • McAuley Residence (Kenmore)
  • Our Lady of Victory Mercy Nursing Facility (Lackawanna)
  • St. Catherine Labourè Health Care Center (Buffalo)
  • St. Francis of Williamsville
  • St. Elizabeth’s of Lancaster
  • St. Vincent’s of Dunkirk

Please visit the Ways To Give page to support this priority project.

At Catholic Health’s Continuing Care Ministry, we take pride in providing an atmosphere for our residents with needed medical and support services close at hand, while giving each person a sense of purpose and independence.

We appreciate your partnership and generosity in providing the best care possible.
