Safety has been their number one concern while helping to get me back to where I was before my accident. I have felt so secure in their hands.
And, the staff has been excellent! Before anyone leaves my room they say, "Call me if you need anything" and I know they mean it. Anything they can do to make your experience better, they do. You can see the teamwork among the staff. You can feel their loyalty to Father Baker Manor, their patients and each other.

Patients are often discharged from a hospital to a subacute setting and are referred by a physician, case manager or discharge planner. Patients and their families can request a Catholic Health subacute facility by telling their hospital discharge planner of their preference.
Visitors are welcome at any time, but we suggest that you visit between 10:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. to allow our residents adequate time for personal care and rest.
