At Partners In Rehab, we offer outpatient physical, occupational, and speech/swallowing therapy services.
Constraint Therapy is a specialized exercise program design for adults who have had a previous stroke and continue to have weakness in one arm. Several research studies have shown that patients who complete this program are able to achieve a significant improvement in function of their arm.
Constraint therapy may be provided by one of our physical therapists, occupational therapists or speech language pathologists.
This past January, I limped into your facility to see a therapist named Patrick Brady. Within weeks of his care, I was walking and back to work.
To say I was depressed about my back and missing work was an understatement. Today, three months later, I am pain-free and back to my life. I am convinced that Patrick Brady is the reason why. Yet, what is most impressive about him is the way he treated me and all of his patients; he is a model of professionalism and respect.
On one Friday, he was busy with multiple patients, and while I was being treated, he moved from patient to patient, treating each one of us as if we were the only ones there. Patrick Brady is simply outstanding, and I have referred people to his care. His is a true professional gentleman. Please congratulate and thank him, for he gave me my active lifestyle back.
You should also know that the ladies in reception were also kind and made a difficult time in my life manageable.
