At Partners In Rehab, we offer outpatient physical, occupational, and speech/swallowing therapy services.

Physical Therapy

Constraint Therapy

Constraint Therapy is a specialized exercise program design for adults who have had a previous stroke and continue to have weakness in one arm. Several research studies have shown that patients who complete this program are able to achieve a significant improvement in function of their arm.

Constraint therapy may be provided by one of our physical therapists, occupational therapists or speech language pathologists.

Becoming a Patient

Physical Therapy

In most cases, patients can receive physical therapy without a physician referral. Please call the office to schedule an appointment.

A physician referral is required for patients with:

• Medicare
• Medicaid
• Workers Comp.
• No Fault insurance

Occupational and Speech Therapy

A physician referral is required in order to receive occupational and speech therapy. If you do not have a physician, click here to find a Catholic Health primary care facility near you or search our physician directory.

Athletic Training and Injury Prevention

A physician referral is not needed for athletic training and injury prevention.

Insurance Coverage

Partners in Rehab services are covered by most insurance plans.

Hours

Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Support Group

The MS Wellness Exercise Program offers structured exercise in a supportive environment to help MS patients to manage their medical conditions.

For Marion, who has attended the group for 13 years, these exercise sessions have helped her to live without a wheelchair and provided an opportunity to socialize with people who are "like family." Click here to learn how the support group has changed Marion's life.

The group meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Anyone with MS can join. Participants must have the approval of their physicians to attend.

Cost is $3 per session.
