• Women's services, including physical therapy for pelvic floor dysfunction, painful intercourse, incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse; provided at the Piver Center on the Sisters Hospital campus  
• Pelvic floor dysfunction services for men – Provided at the Piver Center on the Sisters Hospital campus
• Vestibular care
• Prosthetic training, including the C-leg and UE myo-electrics

Monday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Tuesday: 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Wednesday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Women's Services at the Piver Center

Our women's services are offered at the Piver Center on the Sisters Hospital campus.

Monday, Thursday: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., with last appointment at 6 p.m.
Wednesday, Friday: 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., with last appointment at 10 a.m.

Occupational Therapy

Tuesday, Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Speech Language Pathology (Speech Therapy)

Tuesday, Thursday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Becoming a Patient

Physical Therapy

In most cases, patients can receive physical therapy without a physician referral. Please call the office to schedule an appointment.

A physician referral is required for patients with:

• Medicare
• Medicaid
• Workers Comp.
• No Fault insurance

We offer prompt scheduling of new patient appointments in 24-48 hours.

Athletic Training and Injury Prevention

A physician referral is not needed for athletic training and injury prevention.
