AthletiCare serves the Kenmore/Tonawanda/Buffalo region by providing outpatient rehabilitation at our location on the campus of Kenmore Mercy Hospital.

Becoming a Patient

Therapy

A physician referral is required in order to receive therapy. If you do not have a physician, click here to find a Catholic Health primary care facility near you or search our physician directory.

We offer prompt scheduling of new patient appointments in 24-48 hours.

Therapy services are covered by most insurance plans.

Sports Training and Injury Prevention

A physician referral is not needed for Performance Enhancement, ACL Injury Prevention or Golf Assessment and Analysis. To get started, please email us at athleticarepep@chsbuffalo.org or call (716) 44-SPORT / (716) 447-7678.

Scholarship Opportunity

Are you a high school senior who is planning to pursue a career as an athletic trainer, physical therapist or other allied health professional? If so, you may be eligible to apply for a $500 scholarship from AthletiCare.
