Conveniently located in the wooded village of Williamsville, St. Francis of Williamsville is minutes from the New York State Thruway, quaint boutique shopping and area malls, fine eateries and the ever-popular Glen Park.

Through our well-rounded, long-term care programs, we provide residents with skilled nursing services and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing or eating.

Long-term care includes many social and recreational activities to help residents live as actively, dignified and independently as possible. Our goal is to foster a sense of family and community for our residents.

Spirituality of all denominations is woven into the fabric of services provided. Our chaplain is expert in servicing the spiritual needs of residents and patients. Mass is celebrated daily, along with other denominational services in our Chapel.

Quality care means achieving the best possible outcomes for our patients and residents. We accomplish this through our team of interdisciplinary professionals with special training in caring for seniors. This team includes physicians, nurses, physical, occupational and speech therapists, pharmacists, dietitians, nutritionists, social workers, case managers, chaplain, activity directors, and patient and staff educators.

While at St. Francis of Williamsville, you can be assured that your loved one will receive the utmost in care and comfort. The one-floor design means there are no elevators to worry about, providing residents with safe freedom of movement and easy access to specialized services and activities. Soothing music can be heard throughout the facility.

Dental and podiatry services are available to all residents, and our management staff is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

I was very impressed and quite pleased with the immediate response to concerns and questions we had of the professional staff.

Our questions were answered on the spot – responses were immediate or researched and a result given in a short time period.

We were pleased our mother was encouraged to join activities. She was escorted directly to the activity and helped into a position of comfort. This is important to a person experiencing a number of changes at one time.

– Dorothy Lutgen, daughter of a subacute patient and long-term care resident
