Group Nutrition Classes on Fridays

At Mercy Comprehensive Care Center, each new mom is guided through goals for weight control, screened for nutritional problems and given education on breastfeeding.

Moms can meet with registered dietitian Ann Marie Smokowski for their initial session at our monthly nutrition classes or at a one-on-one appointment.

Classes are held on Friday afternoons at 1 p.m. An appointment is needed.

If you are unable to attend the group class, you may schedule an appointment on Friday mornings. Ann Marie can be seen on other days at the Mercy OB/GYN Center.
