A prescription from your physician is required.
No appointment is needed. Patients are served on a first-come, first-served basis.
Your individualized lab reports are automatically forwarded to your doctor.

Monday - Friday: 7 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.

Please note that the laboratory will be closed on Monday, September 6, 2010 and Tuesday, September 7.
