General
11 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Catholic Health supports visitation options that work best for patients and their visitors. However, in order to optimize the patient’s ability to receive care and rest, we recommend visitation between 11 a.m. and 8 p.m. Patient visitation between 8 p.m. and 11 a.m. should be coordinated with the nurse manager, charge nurse or nursing supervisor.
Critical Care Units (Two Visitors at at Time)
11 a.m - 11:30 a.m.
1 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.
5 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
7 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Maternity Visitation
Per the state health code, children under 14 are allowed to visit their new sibling while in the hospital. All other visitors must be over 14 years of age.
Catholic Health recognizes the important role visitors play in the health and well being of our patient in the role of as support people.
Visitors will not be discriminated against on the basis of age, race, color, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or disability.
Two visitors per patient are recommended in a semi-private room and three visitors for a private room.
The patient may withdraw or deny visitation at any time.
The hospital has the right to limit or withdraw the right to have visitors if their presence infringes on the rights of others, compromises the safety of patients or associates or is medically or therapeutically needed.

Visitor parking is available in the parking lot along Main Street (click here for a parking diagram).
There is a nominal fee, based on time in the lot.

All local florists deliver to Sisters Hospital. If you are ordering flowers for a patient, it is not necessary to include the room number, as the florist will stop at the front desk to confirm the recipient's name and room number before the delivery is made.
Magazines, stationery, toiletries, gifts, etc., may be purchased in the gift shop located off the hospital lobby. You may reach the shop by calling (716) 862-1801.
Gift shop hours:
Monday - Friday: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m., 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Saturday - Sunday: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Please note that our gift shop is staffed by volunteers, and hours may vary based on volunteer availability. Please call (716) 862-1801 prior to your visit to confirm that the gift shop is open.

Free wireless internet access is available throughout the hospital. To begin using this service, open your wireless connection utility, scan available networks and connect to "Catholic Health Visitor."
Free coffee is provided in the 5th floor waiting room.
The Food and Nutrition Department will make meals available to relatives and friends of hospitalized patients for a nominal fee.
The Dining Inn's fast service system offers everything from a cup of coffee to a full-course meal and includes hot food service, a salad bar, deli, grill area and ice cream novelties.
Dining Inn Hours:
6:30 a.m. - 7 p.m., Monday - Friday
7 a.m. - 7 p.m., Saturday, Sundays and holidays
The Dining Inn is closed daily from 2:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
A vending area is on the first floor near Dining Inn and is available 24-hours-a-day.

Please note that smoking is not permitted anywhere on hospital property and off-site locations. This smoke-free policy includes all buildings, parking areas, cars parked on hospital property, grounds and adjacent sidewalks.
