The Patient Representative program is designed to help you with any questions, problems or concerns that may arise during your stay with us here at Sisters.
If you have any concerns about hospital policies, procedures, or personnel, or if anything occurs during your visit which you would like to share with someone, please ask to see the patient representative.
Also, if you need a legal document notarized while you are a patient, notify the patient representative for assistance. Information shared is, of course, handled confidentially.
There is no charge for services rendered by the patient representative.
