Bearing the name of world-renowned physician and oncologist, M. Steven Piver, M.D., the Center consolidates many services already offered at Sisters Hospital in one location in the Seton Professional Building in Buffalo. This convenient site is dedicated to the totality of women’s health, in a holistic approach no one else can offer you.
Our staff includes M. Steven Piver, M.D., a pioneer and internationally-known specialist in the treatment of ovarian and other gynecologic cancers. Dr. Piver is the Senior Gynecologic Oncologist for Sisters of Charity Hospital and the Medical Director of the Piver Center.
On January 26, 2012, Dr. Piver appeared on WGRZ-TV's Healthy Zone Show with Janet Snyder and discussed the services available at the Piver Center.

Women are more likely to be affected by such endocrinological conditions as hirsutism, thyroid abnormalities, and osteopenia to name just a few. We are pleased to offer the specialized expertise and consultations for complex endocrine conditions and osteoporosis.
Our team of gynecologists provide primary and specialty care, including pap smears, breast exams, physicals and basic immunizations.

Minimally invasive surgery is available for hysterectomies, myomectomies and more. Although surgery is performed at one of oru hospitals, pre-surgical consultations and patient visits may take place at the Piver Center.

Pelvic floor dysfunction includes both pelvic pain and incontinence. Through the Partners In Rehab Pelvic Floor Dysfunction program, specific external and internal techniques can help release the pain.
