Spiritual Care at Catholic Health Home Care

Catholic Health Home Care is the only agency in Western New York that offers Spiritual Care as a free service to its patients.

Spiritual Care service started in 1993 as a way for our patients and clients to balance their physical wellness with their spiritual wellness.

Our chaplains visit hundreds of individuals in their homes each year to share stories and prayers, and support family members, caregivers and patients. Our experience has been that these connections during a patient's clinical service with us are rewarding for all and in some cases bring peace at a time when it's needed most.
