Services

Primary Care – Our primary care physicians are here to provide a constant support system for our patients to lean on. Few things are more important than your health, which we treat by conducting annual physicals, providing care for your non-emergent medical needs, and assessing symptoms for specialist referrals.

Pediatrics – Pediatricians provide care for children and young adults up to the age of 21. Our trusted physicians focus on ensuring your loved ones' health by treating everything from minor injuries to complex health conditions. We encourage patients to visit our office for annual physicals, sick visits, and preventative healthcare.

Orthopedics – Your bone and joint health can significantly impact your quality of life. Our orthopedic experts evaluate breaks, strains and sprains, and help develop a treatment plan that puts you on the road to recovery.

Podiatry– Podiatrists are physicians who primarily specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of illnesses and injuries of a patient's feet, though other lower limbs may also be impacted. Our doctors are also highly skilled at recognizing the signs of medical conditions that may first be presented on a patient's foot, such as diabetes or vascular disease.

Mammogram – Digital mammography gives women a means for early detection of breast cancer. Mammograms are recommended as annual occurrences for women over the age of 40, though a family history of female cancers or other medical diagnoses may give physicians reason to suggest a screening earlier than 40.

Nutrition Counseling – Counseling sessions with our expert dietitians provide a way for patients to examine how their lifestyle and diet are reflected in the way they feel. We hold ourselves to the highest standard of patient care by taking the time to understand patient concerns and observing your privacy.

X-Ray – X-ray technology is used to detect fractures or breaks in bones and to locate foreign objects in the body. The images provided by our technicians can inform physicians' decisions about the right way to care for your injury.

Ultrasound – An ultrasound is an effective type of imaging that allows technicians to examine the structures and organs inside of your body. Ultrasound technology bounces sound waves off of body tissue and translates these waves into images.

Blood Draw – Catholic Health laboratory services test and process blood locally, allowing for fast, same-day results. Our locations offer an extensive catalog of blood tests, helpful in diagnosing disease, measuring risk factors, and evaluating a patient's overall health. On the day of your visit, be prepared with a prescription, identification, and insurance information. Make sure to follow any specific instruction from your doctor as well.

Primary Care

Our part: Showing genuine compassion and care for each and every one of our patients, so you always have a place to turn with your non-emergent healthcare needs.

Catholic Health’s board-certified physicians place the utmost importance on getting to know you – your family history, risk factors, overall wellness, and any other related conditions. Together, we will make decisions about what’s best for you and your health.

The relationship between a patient and their primary care doctor is one of the most significant links in healthcare. We’re able to translate your symptoms so they can be understood by other caregivers, and coordinate a care plan based on our familiarity with your health history. We work to remain your touchpoint between how you’re feeling – in your own words – and recommending resources in the larger medical community.

Primary Care Services

Here are some primary care services provided by Catholic Health physicians:

  • Treatment of common illnesses
  • General physicals and preventative care
  • Recommended immunizations
  • Blood testing and specialist referrals
  • Diagnosis and management of chronic conditions

Your part: All we ask is that you play an active role in your healthcare. Learn about yourself and what you can do to stay as healthy as possible. Understand how certain habits and lifestyle choices can impact your health.

And above all, know that an annual physical is vital to maintaining optimum health and wellness, as well as tracking changes in your growth and development. We’re committed to helping you live your healthiest life possible – schedule an appointment today.
