A prescription from your physician is required.

Laboratory (Blood Draw)

Monday - Friday: 7 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.

Please note that the laboratory will be closed on Monday, September 6, 2010 in observance of Labor Day.

Catholic Health laboratories provide expert phlebotomy (blood draw) services and state-of-the-art laboratory diagnostic testing.

• A prescription from your physician is required.
• No appointment is needed. Patients are served on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Your individualized lab reports are automatically forwarded to your doctor.

Rehabilitation

Monday - Thursday: 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday: 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday morning appointments available
