We provide residents with comprehensive skilled nursing services and assistance with activities of daily living in safe, caring and supportive environments. Senior care includes an extensive array of social and recreational activities to help residents live as actively, dignified, and independently as possible. Our goal is to foster a sense of family and community for our residents. Our senior facilities include: Nursing HomesIn a nursing home, 24-hour nursing care is provided by registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and other healthcare professionals.
Adult Homes (Assistive Living)Adult homes, also known as assistive living facilities, provide an environment in which independent individuals can live and be monitored for safety. Short-Term (Subacute) Care FacilitiesPatients enrolled in a subacute program reside for a short period (28 days, on average) at a designated facility where they receive nursing and therapy care to rebuild their strength and also learn how to better manage their disease or condition. |
