Senior Services

Continuing Care is one of the largest and most respected providers of care for seniors in WNY. We specialize in:

• Traditional skilled nursing/long-term care
• Subacute/short-term care
• Medical adult day care

In addition, Catholic Health is taking healthcare into the 21st century with the Our Lady of Victory (OLV) Senior Neighborhood, a comprehensive, state-of-the-art living facility for senior citizens.

Developed at the OLV Hospital campus, the OLV senior neighborhood offers a range of senior housing options, a skilled nursing facility and the Program for All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), complemented by on-campus shopping, a chapel, social activities, medical care and other amenities.
