Maintain a 100% board pass rate for all osteopathic residents
Expand our resident’s medical knowledge through a consistent focus on academia
Hold all faculty, residents, and students to the highest pursuit of academic achievement

Quality Patient Care

Train all residents in high quality, cost effective, evidence based care for the patients of our community
Expand resident training in the area of an integrated healthcare delivery system through the patient centered medical home model and in conjunction with Catholic Medical Partners

Program Expansion

Expand our resident and student opportunities for primary care and specialty rotations
Develop and fully fill our primary care underserved/rural residency expansion program
Achieve a consistent 100% fill rate for all osteopathic programs

Faculty & Resident Leadership Development

Purposely prepare faculty for leadership roles as osteopathic graduate medical education expands
Engage additional community physicians to participate in the osteopathic graduate medical education program
Prepare residents for future leadership positions through development of leadership curriculum and new mentoring relationships
