Academic Excellence
- Maintain a 100% board pass rate for all osteopathic residents
- Expand our resident’s medical knowledge through a consistent focus on academia
- Hold all faculty, residents, and students to the highest pursuit of academic achievement
Quality Patient Care
- Train all residents in high quality, cost effective, evidence based care for the patients of our community
- Expand resident training in the area of an integrated healthcare delivery system through the patient centered medical home model and in conjunction with Catholic Medical Partners
Program Expansion
- Expand our resident and student opportunities for primary care and specialty rotations
- Develop and fully fill our primary care underserved/rural residency expansion program
- Achieve a consistent 100% fill rate for all osteopathic programs
Strategic Relationships
- Expose residents to local practice opportunities during training
- Explore and evaluate new osteopathic medical school training opportunities
Faculty & Resident Leadership Development
- Purposely prepare faculty for leadership roles as osteopathic graduate medical education expands
- Engage additional community physicians to participate in the osteopathic graduate medical education program
- Prepare residents for future leadership positions through development of leadership curriculum and new mentoring relationships
