Salary & Benefits

2011-2012 Salary Structure

Salaries are:

• PGY-I: $45,000
• PGY-II: $46,000
• PGY-III: $47,000
• PGY-IV: $48,000
• PGY-V: $50,000
• PGY-VI: $51,250
• PGY-VII: $52,250
• Medical Oncology: $58,010
• Surgical Pathology: $58,010

Holidays

Residents work only one major holiday per year (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's).

Vacation

Four weeks of paid vacation are allowed each year.

Other Benefits

• Major textbooks provided (i.e., Williams Obstetrics, Berek’s Gynecology, etc.; list subject to change)
• Yearly book allowance
• Technology stipend (towards purchasing PDA, phone, etc.)
