Nursing students have many opportunities to gain experience at Catholic Health, with many deciding to begin their careers in one of the system’s hospitals or health facilities.
Registered nurses employed at Catholic Health may enroll in our RN to BSN program, which permits students to earn a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.
The Catholic Health Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) program prepares students to provide pastoral and spiritual care to patients in hospitals, nursing homes and community agencies.

The Health Sciences Charter School in Buffalo, NY prepares high school students for careers in science and medicine. The school is open year-round and serves students from 8 school districts in Western New York. Currently there are 216 students consisting of 121 freshman and 95 sophomores. Grades 11 and 12 will be added incrementally through 2013.
Through our Tuition Reimbursement Program, Catholic Health employees who are continuing their education may be reimbursed for all or part of the cost of their courses.
