Administrator (Adult Care) – St. Vincent's of Dunkirk

The administrator directs and coordinates all activities of the facility, carries out its objectives as to the care of its residents. Participates in the promotion of community health. Coordinates the activities of all departments of the facility. Recommends policy/procedural changes or various facility activities. Performs related Administrative and supervisory duties as delineated in administrative procedures to insure efficient operation of the facility. Overseas the direct operation of the ACF. Clinical Lab Technologist

Primary responsibility is to perform tests on body fluids to provide information for the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Proper handling of specimens, which will be analyzed at a later time, is imperative. The ability to organize work to insure that priority testing is efficiently performed is required. Clinical Laboratory Technologists may also perform duties of Charge Technologists when called upon provided they have six (6) years experience as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist.

Home Health Aides

Catholic Health is currently seeking Home Health Aides to work days, evenings, overnights and weekends in Erie and Niagara County. Flexible schedule.

Free Training

Unpaid training is available and is by invitation only.

The next class starts in June and will be held for 3 1/2 weeks. Attendance at all classes is mandatory.


HS Diploma or GED required.

Currently certified HHA or CNA candidates, as well as nursing students with one semester of clinicals, may qualify for a one day training course.

Integration Services Lead Programmer Analyst

The analyst provides technical expertise to design and develop an efficient Enterprise-Wide Application Integration (EAI) architecture for the main Hospital Information System(s) (HIS) and it's associated clinical and financial systems such as CHS Lab, Radiology, Pharmacy, etc. Ensures that all of the integration designs between ancillary systems will not impede the integrity or performance of the main integration architecture.

Invasive Interventional Radiology Technologist

Assists the physician and the team during Invasive Interventional procedures in the Invasive/Interventional Labs. The primary responsibilities of the Invasive Interventional Radiology Technologist are all aspects of x-ray technology including positioning, setting the technique, generating x-ray, and oversight of digital and film equipment systems. Share on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis, including weekends and holidays. Responsibilities include assisting the physician by scrubbing in on procedures, filming procedures, sending images to PACS and/or syngoDynamics, recording cases on the hemodynamic monitoring system, and reconstructing images on the 3D workstation. Performs advanced imaging algorithms on the 3D workstation, creates DVDs and prints films as needed. Is the source for providing knowledge and expert guidance related to Radiation safety with the departments.
