Clinical Lab Technologist

Primary responsibility is to perform tests on body fluids to provide information for the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Proper handling of specimens, which will be analyzed at a later time, is imperative. The ability to organize work to insure that priority testing is efficiently performed is required. Clinical Laboratory Technologists may also perform duties of Charge Technologists when called upon provided they have six (6) years experience as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist.

Coding Educator Quality Analyst

The Catholic Medical Partners (CMP) Coding Educator/Quality Analyst works cooperatively with CMP practitioners and their office staff and CMP staff to ensure office based coding is accurate, consistent, and meets data integrity and to accurately convey the health status/burden of illness in the patient population. Facilitates modifications to CMP office based coding through interaction with physicians, mid-levels and office staff to support that appropriate clinical severity is captured for the level of service rendered to patients.

Director of Labor Relations

The Director of Labor Relations is responsible for formulating and implementing strategic Labor Relations initiatives for Catholic Health in conjunction with the HR leadership. The Director also handles arbitrations, National Labor Relations Board charges, and EEOC and Division of Human Rights complaints throughout the system. As directed, this position will co-chair and/or lead labor negotiations throughout the system under the direction of the VP of HR Services and the SVP Chief Human Resources Officer. The Director acts as the facilitator for day-to-day Labor/Management issues and initiatives in collaboration with the VP, HR Operations.

Requirements

Integration Services Lead Programmer Analyst

Responsible for the ongoing assessment of the learning needs of the Peri-operative staff in all job categories in OR, PACU, ASU, PSE, Endoscopy, Labor and Delivery (support the surgical process), Sterile Processing and Interventional Radiology and development and implementation of educational programs. Responsible for policy and procedure update and revisions and assists with the Performance Improvement program. Promotes and supports system integration efforts.
