POSITION PURPOSE: Responsible and accountable for executive leadership and operational direction of the Waterbury Connecticut market region within the Trinity Health Of New England operating structure. Chief Human Resources Officer

POSITION PURPOSE: Reports to President, Trinity Health at Home, may have dotted line reporting into system HR Leader or Regional HR Leader as designated. This position serves in a leadership role providing strategic direction, vision, oversight and guidance in the integration of entity, facility or ministry (RHM or NHM) level Human Resources strategies, operations and services in order to advance and align strategy and structure in achieving a "One HR" service delivery model which is responsive to and supportive of organization and business needs, goals and objectives, while embracing the mission and core values of Trinity Health. POSITION PURPOSE: Reporting to the Executive Vice President, Chief Clinical Officer provides executive leadership for physician services throughout the Trinity Health organization. Acts as a champion for enhancing quality of care, comprehensive health care delivery, and patient safety while exceeding patient’s expectations of the overall care experience. Serves as a key team member in the development and implementation of Trinity Health’s people centered clinical strategy and programs. Serves as a key leader and internal consultant to senior leadership and medical staff leaders throughout the system to provide strategic direction in the areas of medical staff engagement, including but not limited to, achievement of Trinity Health’s clinical strategic aims and goals, medical staff development, succession planning, and accreditation models for collaboration and as a resource to Physician Practice Leadership. Provides expertise in medical staff functions such as physician credentialing, privileging, peer review medical staff by-laws and medical staff recruiting. Fosters dialogue and collaboration within Clinical Operations Improvement, Patient Care Services, other health care providers and system leadership to promote improvements in clinical quality indicators and outcomes, support clinical process redesign, clinical informatics and leverage of enabling technology such as Inpatient and Ambulatory EHRs. Serves as a member of the Trinity Health senior leadership council, participating in the overall management of the organization and as a leader in the development, governance and management of the Unified Clinical Organization (UCO).

Vice President and Chief Nursing Informatics Officer

POSITION PURPOSE: Provides visionary leadership for nursing informatics with a primary focus on nursing practice, enabling the transformation of care processes to continually improve outcomes across the care continuum. In partnership with multidisciplinary colleagues from the local and system level, engages in development of informatics strategies to help Trinity Health achieve its vision, goals, and strategies. Serves as a member of the system informatics leadership team to develop the informatics structure and governance to support the system and regional initiatives. MHN Chief of Staff

POSITION PURPOSE: Reporting to the MHN Chief Executive Officer, this job is responsible for providing expert professional-level tactical liaison assistance to the MHN CEO, MHN Executives and MHN affiliates on a wide range of strategically-oriented projects/issues that are complex, sensitive and confidential in nature and of significant importance to the organization. POSITION PURPOSE: Reporting to the President of Mercy Medical Center – Des Moines, the President, Mercy Clinics is a key senior management position responsible for providing leadership, management and strategic direction to ensure the delivery of high quality, cost-effective health care consistent with the mission of Mercy Medical Center-Des Moines (MMC-DM) and Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) to better meet the needs of the community. The President of Mercy Clinics (President) works to improve clinical performance, oversee conversion to evidence-based medicine, lead safety and quality initiatives fostering and monitoring a culture of quality and safety for Mercy. The President will serve as the leader of Mercy’s Physician entity, Mercy Clinics, Inc. The President will evaluate and oversee management of physician performance to optimize quality of care to our patients. The President provides on-going counsel and advice to service line leaders, Medical Directors and other elected medical staff officers on physician matters. The President assures adherence with corporate policies, by-laws and mission statement of the organization. The President will work closely with his/her counterparts within CHI. The President will work collaboratively with the Leadership Team in all aspects of Mercy affairs and is accountable for the clinical excellence of medical care through the development, implementation and evaluation of the Mercy clinical effectiveness process that requires the integration of provider staff, Mercy management, and employees in collaborative working relationships. The President responsibilities require considerable knowledge of the specialized principles and practices related to health care management in order to evaluate and make recommendations to improve health care delivery system(s) and enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The President also must have considerable leadership expertise relating to business planning, process improvement, budget administration and management. Performance improvement efforts cover a variety of processes, and an incumbent must be sufficiently knowledgeable to recognize important synergies and opportunities in clinical outcomes, cost containment, patient safety/satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
