Referral Bonus

Some of our best employees, known at Catholic Health as associates, have been hired through referrals.

Recommend someone you know for opportunities within Catholic Health, and if your candidate is hired, you could receive a bonus of up to $2,500.

Positions Eligible for Referral Bonus

• Registered Nurse (Staff, Management, Professional RN) – Registered Nurse positions will be defined as those positions with job descriptions identifying an active license and registration as a Registered Professional Nurse as a required qualification for the position. As such, graduate nurse referrals will be accepted, but payment of referral bonus dollars will be held until the graduate nurse has passed his/her nursing licensure boards.
• Registered Nurse Home Care – Additional referral bonus may be paid up to $2,500.
• LPN (long-term care only, including hospital-based skilled nursing facilities)
• Technician/Technologists:
• Ultrasonographers
• Respiratory
• Medical Technologists
• Cardiac Sonographers
• Physician Assistants
• Home Health Aides
• Certified Nurse Assistants (long-term care only, including hospital-based skilled nursing facilities)
• Physical Therapists
• Occupational Therapists
• Speech Therapists
• Athletic Trainers
• Application Program Analyst
• Security Analyst
