Catholic Health’s Tuition Reimbursement Program can help pay up to 100% of your tuition costs if you’re attending an accredited school for a degree in an identified incentive-eligible position.
Eligibility for this program starts after one year of employment with Catholic Health.
Registered nurses at Catholic Health may participate in our RN to BSN program in which students earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing through a series of courses held at Catholic Health over a thirty month period. Catholic Health will pay tuition costs, and provide a laptop and fees for books. Graduates must commit to work as an RN for the equivalent of three years full time (5,850 hours) beginning at the completion of the program.
New hires must complete the probation period before enrolling.

Student loans can add up fast, and monthly payments can stress you out as you start your career. Catholic Health’s Hiring Stipend Program can help ease your mind and lift some of the burden of your loan payments.
If you’re an RN associate that has graduated within three months from the date of your hire, you may be eligible for a stipend to help lower the amount of your loans. See your Catholic Health recruiter for details.
Catholic Health Continuing Care has long recognized the importance of staying in the forefront of benefits available to our nursing associates. Our Clinical Ladder Program is designed to recognize full-time and part-time Registered Nurses working in our long-term care facilities. Through this voluntary program, nurses who strive for clinical excellence and demonstrate professional growth are eligible for salary increases and promotions.
Supplemental pay is awarded through an annual application process in which candidates submit a portfolio containing documentation of their accomplishments.
The program consists of four levels with the following pay values:
Nurses must be employed at Catholic Health for at least six months before they are eligible for promotion.

Catholic Health has made it even more advantageous for Catholic Health employees to refer new hires with its improved referral bonus program for incentive-eligible positions.
Individuals who make referrals to Catholic Health are eligible for a referral bonus of $1,000 for full-time positions and $500 for part-time positions after the six-month anniversity date of hire. Click here for details.
