Catholic Health’s Tuition Reimbursement Program can help pay up to 100% of your tuition costs if you’re attending an accredited school for a degree in an identified incentive-eligible position.

Eligibility for this program starts after one year of employment with Catholic Health.

Student loans can add up fast, and monthly payments can stress you out as you start your career. Catholic Health’s Hiring Stipend Program can help ease your mind and lift some of the burden of your loan payments.

Referral Bonus Program

Catholic Health has made it even more advantageous for Catholic Health employees to refer new hires with its improved referral bonus program for incentive-eligible positions.

Individuals who make referrals to Catholic Health are eligible for a referral bonus of $1,000 for full-time positions and $500 for part-time positions after the six-month anniversity date of hire.
