New Incentive Program

Full-time clinical staff are now eligible for a quarterly incentives of $2,000 per quarter (up to $8,000 annually).

Hiring Stipend

We're offering a hiring stipend of up to:

• $6,000 for RNs without home care experience
• $8,000 for a RN with recent home care experience

For any nurse with recent, certified home care experience, we will administer two exams prior to his or her start date. For each exam that is passed, $2,000 will be added to the hiring stipend. The maximum stipend that could be paid to one individual is $12,000.

Referral Bonus

If you refer an eligible Registered Nurse to Home Care and he or she joins our team, you could receive up to $2,500. We pay a referral bonus of $1,000 for candidates without home care experience and up to $2,500 for candidates with home care experience.
