Referral Bonus Program

Catholic Health recently made it even more advantageous to refer new hires with its improved referral bonus program for incentive eligible positions.

Individuals who make referrals to Catholic Health, including but not limited to: union and non-union associates and their families, physicians, retirees, vendors, Catholic Health stakeholders, applicants, contract workers and others are all eligible for a referral bonus of $1,000 after just six months.
