Hard work certainly pays off…….our 2011 VOA response rate was 67.2%! Not only did we exceed our goal of 65%, but this is the highest rate ever received in the history of the VOA survey! Many thanks to everyone that completed the survey and a special thanks to those individuals that helped encourage others to participate.

VOA results will be shared throughout the month of December.
