Lesson 1 – Pay Attention to the Details

Research has shown that we make decisions about people within the first 3 seconds of meeting them and the next 90 seconds trying to confirm our first impressions. While it may seem unfair, the truth is that appearances do matter. What does your uniform say about your professionalism?"

Lesson 2 – Never Let Backstage Come Onstage
