Catholic Health University (CHU) offers over 70 courses that assist associates in enhancing their ability to carry out the Catholic Health mission. As a result of this professional education, Catholic Health associates gain the knowledge, skills and abilities to be successful in any leadership capacity.
Catholic Health University curriculum utilizes a blended approach to learning with varied format such as lecture/didactic, group exercises, workplace simulations and web-based self-paced modules.
Courses at CHU are facilitated by staff development educators, in house-associates and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who share practical, real workplace expertise with class participants.
