Mercy Breaks Ground on New ED
October 30, 2008 - With a vision to create the region’s most state-of-art emergency facility, Mercy Hospital of Buffalo has broken ground on a $32 million construction project that will result in a 46,000 square-foot addition to the front of the hospital.

Catholic Health Receives Wendt Foundation Grants
October 24, 2008 - The Mercy Hospital Foundation’s Emergency Room (ER) Campaign and the OLV Senior Neighborhood recently received grants of $500,000 and $125,000 respectively from The Margaret L. Wendt Foundation in support of their projects to improve emergency care services at Mercy Hospital and to complete the “Main Street” phase of OLV’s Senior Neighborhood.

October 16, 2008 - On Thursday, October 16, Catholic Health’s Continuing Care Division remembered Father Baker and honored Dr. Cotroneo with the dedication of the new Father Baker Gaslight Park and the Cotroneo Café at the OLV Senior Neighborhood on Melroy at Ridge Road in Lackawanna.
