Continuing & Home Care Foundation

Catholic Health’s Continuing & Home Care Foundation supports Catholic Health's Continuing Care and Home Care ministries.

The foundation raises funds to help provide:

• Care for seniors in nursing and adult homes;
• Physical, occupational and speech therapies in all kinds of settings to assist our aging population in maintaining independence;
• and, care at home.

Mercy Hospital Foundation

The Mercy Hospital Foundation was established in 1978 to accept, administer, invest and allocate charitable gifts and grants on behalf of Mercy Hospital of Buffalo.

For over twenty years, through a comprehensive program of fund raising activities, including an annual giving campaign, capital campaigns, grant applications, planned giving, tribute and memorial giving, and corporate partner programs, the Foundation has provided funding to ensure Mercy Hospital's long-term stability and growth.
