Family BirthPlace at Mercy Hospital of Buffalo Recognized for Quality Care

Mercy Hospital’s Family BirthPlace, which includes Maternity and Labor & Delivery Services, recently earned the MOREOB Recognition Award for its outstanding performance in the application of knowledge, communication and teamwork to make quality care and patient safety a top priority (Mercy Hospital Awards).

Mercy was selected to be a demonstration site for MOREOB (Managing Obstetrical Risk Efficiently) in 2012, which is a national patient safety, professional development and performance improvement program offered by Salus Global Corporation.
