Free Heart Health Seminar on February 22

Catholic Health invites Western New Yorkers to attend a free heart health education seminar on Friday, February 22, 2013 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. at SS. Peter and Paul Church (5480 Main Street, Williamsville, N.Y.).

The seminar will be led by Virginia Lyons, RN, who will provide guests with tips and information for a healthier heart.

Topics will include:

  • the risk factors of cardiovascular disease
  • the causes and different types of the heart disease
  • disease prevention and treatment
  • tips on how to stay well and keep your heart healthy
