Catholic Health invites Western New Yorkers to attend a free Diabetes Wellness Workshop designed for individuals who are at risk for developing diabetes and would like to learn lifestyle changes to help prevent it.

The free workshop, which will be offered at two locations, will provide valuable information for interested residents, particularly those who are over 40 or have a family history of diabetes, on the following topics:
