St. Patrick’s Day Parade 2011

Mercy Hospital of Buffalo will once again be proudly represented in downtown Buffalo’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade on March 18, 2012 with this year’s float theme, “5-Star Care ClosER to Home!”

In addition to all Mercy Hospital staff, volunteers, Sisters of Mercy, and physicians, we are inviting friends of Mercy Hospital from the community to march with us in the parade. This invitation is open to the public and is a great opportunity to experience the thrill of marching in the St. Patrick’s Day Parade while showing your support of Mercy Hospital.

The award-winning Mercy parade float has won the Bishop Grosz “Best Catholic Float” trophy three times since 2008.

Those marching in the parade will receive:

  • Free brunch in the hospital’s main conference room (A/B) on the 3rd floor at 11:30 a.m.,
  • Free ramp parking, and
  • Free round trip bus transportation; buses will leave for the downtown parade at 12:45 p.m. sharp from the hospital’s Choate Street entrance.

Register to March with Us

RSVP and registration is required by calling 828-3675 no later than March 15. Space will be limited, so register early.
