Estelle BricknerCatholic Health Home Care has named Estelle Brickner of Williamsville, vice president of Clinical Services. In this new role, Brickner will have direct oversight for all clinical services in Catholic Health’s Home Care division including program development, quality improvement and staffing.

Prior to joining Catholic Health, Brickner served as director of Operations for WILLCARE, a home care agency located in Buffalo. She brings a wealth of executive healthcare management experience to Catholic Health Home Care previously serving in administrative leadership positions with U.S. Ethicare Corporation, Staff Builders, and Weinberg Campus.

She is vice president of the WNY Chapter of the New York State Association of Health Providers, serves on the membership committee of the WNY Network on Aging, and is a member of the Board of Directors of the WNY Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association. She also serves on the Community Advisory Group for the United Way of Buffalo & Erie County.

Catholic Health's Home Care division includes three home care agencies, a home infusion pharmacy, a home response service, a Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly, and spiritual care services. Its home care agencies include McAuley Seton Home Care, Mercy Home Care and Sisters Long Term Home Health Care.

Through its various services, Catholic Health Home Care employs more than 500 associates including nurses, therapists, home health aides, pharmacists, social workers and chaplains, providing more than 175,000 home care visits annually.
