Catholic Health’s HealthConnection Community Education Department is sponsoring two free programs during March on Colorectal Cancer Awareness and Incontinence. Both programs will be held at the Catholic Health Education Center, Suite 8A, at the Appletree Business Park located at 2875 Union Road in Cheektowaga.

On Wednesday, March 11 at 7 p.m., Dr. Daniel Patterson will present a free program on Colorectal Cancer Awareness. During the program, Dr. Patterson will discuss signs and symptoms of colorectal cancer, diagnosis and treatment options, and the importance of early detection and screening programs.

On Wednesday, March 18 at 7 p.m., Dr. John Debarry will discuss Incontinence. Incontinence or the loss of bladder control is a medical condition that affects about 25 million Americans. During this free program, Dr. Debarry will discuss the importance of seeking medical attention for incontinence and treatment options.
