Sponsorship Opportunities

The following outlines how you can give a gift of support to help newborn babies, elderly and families in our community. Thank you in advance for your friendship, partnership and support!

Please note that there are four sponsorship levels – you may apply your entire gift to the Continuing & Home Care Foundation, or you may divide your gift evenly among the Continuing & Home Care Foundation and Mercy Hospital Foundation.

Fitness & Faith 5K

Premier Sponsors ($40,000)

Fitness & Faith 5K ($20,000)

• Company name/logo prominently displayed on starting line banner, finish line banner, all race-related print materials, runner & volunteer t-shirts and foundation websites with link
• 10 complimentary runner registrations
• Company name / logo included in all race PR announcements before and after race
• Company name / logo included in all media materials
• Information / samples may be included in runner packets (materials to be supplied by sponsor one week before event date)

Autumn Ball ($20,000)

• 20 VIP tickets to Chair's reception and two tables of 10 with premier seating
• Premier event naming rights for one year with right to first refusal the following year
• Prominent signage at Autumn Ball Chair's reception
• Premier full page ad in event program
• Company name / logo included in all event announcements and presentations
• Company name / logo included in all media materials
• Information / samples may be included in gift bags (materials to be supplied by sponsor one week before event date)
• Company name / logo prominently displayed on front cover of event program, event invitation, foundation website with link, prominently featured in sponsorship PowerPoint presentation

Health Sponsors ($20,000)

• Company name/logo prominently displayed on finish line banner, all race-related print materials, runner & volunteer t-shirts and foundation websites with link
• 6 complimentary runner registrations
• Company name / logo included in all race PR announcements before and after race
• Company name / logo included in all media materials
• Information / samples may be included in runner packets (materials to be supplied by sponsor one week before event date)

Autumn Ball ($10,000)

• 10 VIP tickets to Chair's reception and one tables of 10 with preferred seating
• Featured signage at Autumn Ball Chair's reception
